RDA, Lead Surgical & Dental Assistant

Roxee is an RDA and our lead surgical assistant. She has been in the dental field for 27 years and joined Perio Center of Excellence in 2013. Roxee enjoys assisting our doctors in innovative techniques that they have learned in their various continuing education. She also loves getting to know every patient and has a gift of making them feel comfortable during their treatment.

She is originally from Arizona and has lived in Texas for 15 years. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and spending time with her family and friends.

RDA, Surgical Assistant

Kayla grew up right down the road in Magnolia, TX. She has been an RDA for 3 years and graduated from The Houston Dental Assisting School in 2020. What she enjoys most about her role as a surgical assistant at Perio Center of Excellence is helping and providing care for patients. She loves to make people not only smile, but to feel better about their smile.

She has a 3-year-old daughter named Stella who is her entire world. In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Office Manager & HR Director

Katie is delighted to represent Perio Center of Excellence as Office Manager and HR Director. She is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, but has lived in Houston for 32 years. Prior to her position with Perio Center of Excellence, she worked for four years in General Dentistry, and recently transitioned to Periodontal and Oral Surgery. Assisting patients and encouraging her team in excellent patient care is rewarding and important to a successful dental practice. Her years of experience in management has provided her with the knowledge and tools to manage a successful office and business atmosphere. Prior to her transition into the dental field, she worked for seven years in the medical area with cancer patients in Oncology and Hematology. Now, she finds joy in seeing our patients leave our office with a beautiful and confident smile! She is honored to lead a talented and hardworking team, who work with our patients, as they make them feel they are the most important person in the world! And they are!

In her private life, she enjoys walking her Pointer, Bub, at the park, spending time and boating on the lake with her family, as well as painting and singing karaoke.

Director of Marketing and Education.

Henna was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She started her career in dentistry 10 years ago as a dental assistant and made her way to the administrative side due to her interest in patient education and knowledge in financial counseling. For her, the highlight of working in dentistry is the self-confidence a healthy smile gives to patients and when she feels like she really made an impact on someone's life. In her spare time, Henna enjoys spending time with her family, reading and discovering new coffee shops.

RDA, Surgical Assistant, Front Desk Coordinator

Lauren was born and raised in Huntsville, Texas. She graduated from Huntsville Dental Assisting school in February 2023 and also received an Associates of Science in Graphic Design from Rasmussen University in March 2022. Lauren has always enjoyed helping others and making them feel welcome. In her free time, she likes to listen to music, read books, and spend time with her loved ones. She thrives to work hard and continue learning.

RDA, Surgical Assistant

Isabella (Bella) born and raised in Houston, comes from a background of many talents. She has experience in cosmetology and is a licensed and experienced medical assistant. Her love for dental compelled her to switch roles as a dental assistant and she started her career with 3 years of general dentistry and 3 years of being a lead surgical assistant in periodontics. Due to her extensive knowledge and experience, she has been a wonderful addition to our office. Outside of dentistry, Bella has a love for animals and sunflowers and is passionate about working with rescues. Her other hobbies include hiking, basketball and soccer which she shares with her daughter. If Bella could choose one thing in life to last a lifetime, it would be a tradition of Christmas vacations.

Implant Coordinator

Eva was born and raised in Poland. She graduated with a Bioengineering Degree in Poland at Meissner’s Higher School of Dental & Human Sciences. She also received her Dental Technician Certificate. Once she moved to the States, she received her Dental Technician Certification here in the US. She has been in the Dental industry for over 18 years.
She began her career as a Design Engineer at Zimmer Dental and was with them almost 10 years.
Eva also worked as a Technical Manager at a Dental Lab in Seattle and as Territory Manager of clinical sales for Dentsply Sirona.
In her free time Eva is enjoying spending time with her family and beloved dogs. She loves art and music.

Financial Coordinator

Cynthia was born and raised in Warden, Washington and has recently made a big move to Houston to be able to spend more time with her family. We are excited to have her as one of our front office coordinators as she is a wonderful addition to our team. She started her career 13yrs ago as a dental assistant in General Dentistry but wanted to make a change to expand her knowledge in the clerical aspect of Specialty Dentistry. She excels in greeting our patients with a cheerful spirit and sharing her beautiful smile the minute each patient walks through the door. In her free time, she takes pride in being an aunt to 5 incredible boys. On her days off, you can find her spending time with family, listening to music or exploring the city with friends.

Front Desk Coordinator

Elvia started her dental experience in 2012. She started assisting for a small family-owned practice where she worked with proficient dentists and assisted in all general dental procedures including endodontic, orthodontic, and Implant treatment. She attended Houston Community College and attained her certificate in business management in 2015 and continued to pursue her education. In 2018 she graduated with her associate degree in applied science in business management. She enhanced her knowledge in 2019 by stepping into the world of periodontics! Since 2019 she has focused on the administration side of Dentistry and enjoys greeting patients with a smile as she is the first person you encounter when walking through our doors.
On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her 6 beautiful children, bike riding and CrossFit.
